Wife and I went there for a date night whilst on holiday. The food was absolutely delicious, we got there at seven and ended up staying until closing, drinking and laughing with the owners and locals. Fantastic atmosphere, everyone was so kind and friendly. Tapas is just the nicest food in the world when done well. We can't wait to go again.
Haven't eaten here since the summer of 2013, so this review is really late . It's very rare to find a good Tapas bar outside of Spain. My older sister was taking her Masters at the University of Bournemouth and lived right next door to Tapas Plus. When my Mama and I visited for the week, she dragged us in promising that this place was legit, she was right! We ate here nearly every night for dinner. I still think about the food, the service was amazing, the staff were very friendly, even the owner came out to talk to us in Spanish. It was like a little piece of home. I miss it. If you are looking for good authentic Spanish Tapas. Come here, it's amazing! Un dia volveremos para la increible sangria y chorizo a la sidra. Fantastic food and service as always! Great selection of authentic dishes that taste amazing and decent portion sizes, the menu has choice but isn't overwhelming, and the sangria is too nice. (The only negative, it's a shame more people don't come here & it can be a little hard to read the handmade menus, but they are a lovely touch)

Si vives en Bournemouth y echas de menos la comida de casa no dudes en visitarlo. If you are from England ang you want to try the Spanish food, is the best place for have a nice lunch or dinner. 5 minuts walking to the beach and you can see the gardens from your table!!
Highly recommend this family-run restaurant for its delicious Spanish tapas and amazing atmosphere! The flavors were authentic, and every dish was a delight. A big thank you to the chef for a fun game of table football, even though I lost – it added a great personal touch to the experience. We’ll definitely be back!
Delicious food! The atmosphere is nice and the prices are good too. We asked Roberto for a recommendation and he suggested the meatballs, garlic chicken and potatoes with paprika - great choice!
